GE, Home Depot Defeat UC Regents’ LED Lightbulb Patent Appeal

The University of California on Tuesday lost its appeal of an International Trade Commission ruling that multiple companies including Home Depot USA Inc., Ikea Supply AG, and General Electric Co. didn't infringe the university's patents on LED lightbulbs.
